Incomplete order
Please note that if you ordered more than one product, your order may be despatched in more than one package; therefore, you may not receive your whole order on the same day. You will receive an email notification when those products have been despatched. Damaged or faulty product(s)

Returns policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 30 days from the date of invoice. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (excluding import duties, taxes and/or delivery charges from you to us).
Note, we are not responsible for any damage caused to the product whilst in the consumer’s care.
Under the new legislation — Federal Law No. (15) of 2020 (the New CPL), we will respect the following with regards to our products and its consumer:
